There happens to be specific disclosure in the FIR that the firing so alleged at the end of Avinav Apurwa, Niraj Apurva and Amit did not hit the informant while the firing so made by Ranjit Singh caused injury over his left chest. Furthermore, it is evident that co-accused, Avinav Apurwa has already been granted regular bail by this Court under Cr. Misc. No. 84657/2019.

In the aforesaid background, petitioner is well advised to surrender before the learned lower court with a prayed for bail which the learned lower court will consider in view of the findings so recorded hereinabove and in terms thereof, the instant petition stands disposed of.
