2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 217 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 341, 342, 363, 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, informant had to go to Patna by train but on being asked, the petitioners along with two other co-accused persons took him to Bhagalpur and compelled him to sit in a bus and after that they took him into jungle and on the point of gun looted Rs. 9,500/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2295 of 2024(2) dt.29-01-2024 2/2 petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 17.07.2023. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused, namely Rakesh Kumar has already been granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 15.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 85917 of 2023.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 217 of 2023. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) rakhi/- U T
