2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darbhanga Rail P.S. Case No. 159 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 143 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 79 of the Juvenile Justice (Case and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of trafficking of minor children. The petitioner is in jail since 05.10.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Since the petitioner is involved in child trafficking,
