JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kotwali P. S. Case No. 718 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 290, 120B of IPC and Sections 4, 5, 7 & 8 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

As per F.I.R. petitioner and other accused persons were arrested near the station engaged in the immoral trafficking and also inducing the passer-by for immoral trafficking. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the F.I.R. disclosed that altogether 13 accused persons were arrested. No specific allegation has been attributed against any of them. Considering the same, other accused persons have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court, vide order dated 14.11.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 66686 of 2019, vide order dated 13.11.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 65980 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76052 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 2019, vide order dated 04.11.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 65549 of 2019, vide order dated 25.10.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 65045 of 2019, vide order dated 18.10.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 66041 of 2019. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2019.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P. S. Case No. 718 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition that he has to co-operate in disposal of the trial.
