Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,506,307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

According to FIR, some unknown criminals opened fire at the informant, however, no injury was caused. One month ago, on mobile call, threatening was there and the person who had called on mobile disclosed his named as Sunil Tiger. Submission is that co-accused-Amanullah Khan @ Mantoo @ Irfan @ Falak King Khan has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. There is no direct material against the petitioner nor there is any material to substantiate that he is going to tamper with the evidence. He is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76897 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 in custody since 10.09.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. There is no other material against the petitioner and he is not going to abscond in this case or tamper with the evidence.

Since there is no substantive material against the petitioner for the purpose of consideration of this prayer for regular bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Imamganj Police Station Case No.144 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below as well as petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the Court and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
