2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 8, 20(b),(ii)(c), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per prosecution case, total 743.500 kgs of ganja was recovered from the truck. Co-accused persons disclosed that the petitioner has provided them Ganja loaded truck and directed them to deliver the same to one of the co-accused namely TVS Sao. Petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the fact that petitioner is indulged in the smuggling of huge quantity of Ganja and having four
