On behalf of the opposite party no.5 2nd Supplementary Show-cause has been filed enclosing the Office Order, bearing Memo No. 2623, dated 22.11.2018. The order was passed by the District Programme Officer (Establishment),

Patna High Court MJC No.1747 of 2018(6) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 Madhubani after the guidance of the Director, Primary Education, Bihar.

In view of the above, the present contempt proceeding is dropped.

In the event, the follow-up action is not taken by the Block Development Officer/Block Education Officer, Rahika, Madhubani, within a period of 15 days from today, they shall not draw their salary until the order dated 22.11.2018 is complied with by the Block Development Officer/Block Education Officer, Rahika, Madhubani.
