ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No.134 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 495/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a fraudulent marriage has taken place in which the petitioner was one of the negotiators. Later on, it was discovered that the boy who had also been recommended by the present petitioner was, in fact, a married man. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently, a compromise was arrived at between the person who had married and the girl side and therefore, the boy, who had married fraudulently, has since been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78659 of 2019(2) dt.03-12-2019 2/2 regular bail by the court below. It is further submitted that so far as the present petitioner is concerned, he has no role to play and is being unnecessarily dragged in the present prosecution. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No.134 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
