2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 137 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with others has hanged the daughter of the informant in connivance with each other. When the informant reached Samastipur and went to complain Md. Meraj, he was being abused.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. She has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that informant is the father of the deceased whereas petitioner is the mother of the deceased. The occurrence is of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84742 of 2024(3) dt.06-02-2025 2/2 09.05.2024 whereas the F.I.R. was lodged on 12.06.2024. During investigation in para 59 of the diary, the mukhiya of the village has stated that at the time of the occurrence, the mother and father of the deceased were not at house. She was alone and as the petitioner has scolded her, she committed suicide. The occurrence was first informed to the petitioner and then to the informant. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. She is languishing in judicial custody since 29.07.2024

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No.137 of 2024.
