====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 255 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that the petitioners are having a clean antecedent and a general and omnibus allegation has been leveled as against them. It is further submitted that the injury report, annexed to the present petition, would bear it out that the injuries are simple in nature. Lastly it is submitted that the petitioners are willing to abide by whatever condition as are deemed fit and proper to be imposed by this Court for the purposes of grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 255 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure. It is needless to state that the petitioners would mark
