The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 124 of 2019 registered under Sections 323, 341, 379, 427, 384, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. The first information report is lodged after lapse of one week of the alleged occurrence. There is admitted land dispute between the parties (Annexure-2). Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 124 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
