Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

65 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the motorcycle on which the petitioner was there. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2019.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after completion of investigation of the case against the petitioner, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
