2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 376A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing rape upon a minor girl. Sufficient material has come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2024.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and the gravity of offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.588 of 2025(6) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
