2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 39 of 2018 dated 20.02.2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case as emerges from the FIR is that two persons alleged to have snatched ATM Card of the informant. One of them has been arrested and the present petitioner is the other accused as his name has been disclosed by the arrested accused.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

5. It is also stated in paragraph no. 2 of the petition that petitioner has never moved before this Hon'ble Court for grant of Anticipatory bail or Regular bail.

6. It is also stated in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

7. However, Ld. APP for the State vehemently opposes the prayer of the petitioner for bail.

8. Considering the nature of the allegation, I am not persuaded to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

9. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
