JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in Trial No.7046 of 2019 arising out of Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 1048 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. A motorcycle was stolen, whereafter the petitioner has been arrested with the said motorcycle and firearms for that separate case bearing Bettiah Town P.S. Case No.1051 of 2018 has been lodged. However, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 04.01.2019 about 11 months.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail

No.77148 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Trial No.7046 of 2019 arising out of Bettiah Town P.S. Case No.1048 of 2018 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
