2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 21(b) and 23(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, some prohibited medicines were recovered from the WagonR car of which petitioner was the driver.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was merely driver of the vehicle and he was not aware of the nature of alleged consignment. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner,
