The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding four unknown persons having abducted the driver of the vehicle and after tying the driver to the tree, they are said to have fled away with his mobile. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a non F.I.R. named accused person and he has got nothing to do with the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that neither T.I. Parade has taken place nor any recovery has been made from the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be languishing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31992 of 2018 (2) dt.24-05-2018 2/2 in custody since 25.02.2018.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonpur P.S.
