The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 513 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) and 37(C) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 87 bottles, each containing 300 ML Nepali liquor recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.10.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released
