2. The petitioner has been reverted from the post of Junior Engineer (Drawing) to Track Maintainer - IV (Group 'D') in the light of Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna, order dated 03.03.2017 passed in O.A. No. 795 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.19116 of 2024(4) dt.06-02-2025 2/2 2013. He has been reverted vide order dated 24.02.2022 with reference to promotion order dated 16th June, 2014. It is also submitted that petitioner has filed a review application to recall order dated 03.03.2017 passed in O.A. No. 795 of 2013 and is pending for consideration before Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna. As long as, order dated 03.03.2017 passed in O.A. No. 795 of 2013 is not modified or recalled in the review application. The petitioner has no cause of action insofar as challenge to the reversion order.

3. In this backdrop, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Milind Raj Dixit, intends to withdraw the present petition.

4. Accordingly, C.W.J.C. No. 19116 of 2024, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
