JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-06-2020 In this case, a report was called for from the court of learned Sessions Judge, Banka dated 22.01.2020. From the report dated 31.01.2020, it appears that three witnesses were examined and the doctor as well as I.O. is yet to be examined.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court grants four months time to the court below to conclude the trial, failing which the court below shall release the petitioner if there is no lapse on the part of the petitioner in early conclusion of the trial on the terms and condition the court below may deem fit and proper.
