Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2019. According to FIR, the allegation of kidnapping and murder of the husband of the informant is against four unknown persons. The petitioner was arrested and his confessional statement before the police was recorded. Investigation of the case is complete. Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75870 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions JudgeV, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No.943 of 2019 arising out of Gopalpur P.S.Case No.127 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
