JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the counsel for the Bihar State Election Authority and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

After some arguments the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to dispose of the present application with a liberty to file an election petition before the respondent no. 3 (Registrar, Co-Operative Department, Government of

Patna High Court CWJC No.12 of 2025(2) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 Bihar, Patna). If the petitioner files an election petition before respondent no. 3 within a period of four weeks, the respondent no. 3 is directed to dispose of the election petition of the petitioner within a period of four months after hearing all the concerned.

Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

Accordingly, with the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
