The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is no specific allegation attributed to the petitioner rather the specific allegation is against co-accused, Rakesh, Mukesh and Lakshman and the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 22.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the
