2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 147, 149, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, these petitioners along with other accused persons assaulted the informant and his family members by means of farsa, lathi etc.

4. It is submitted that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Arman Ali and co-accused Les Miya. So far these petitioners are concerned, allegation of assault is general and omnibus against them. Injuries allegedly caused by these

5. Considering the nature of accusation and simple nature of injuries, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Ramgarhwa P. S. Case No. 308 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
