2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhanaha P. S. Case No. 121/2023 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 302, 307, 379, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have instigated other co-accused to assault and thereafter, co-accused Amal Yadav stabbed the father of the informant with knife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of stabbing the father of the informant with knife is against co-accused Amal Yadav. Petitioner is only alleged to have instigated the other accused to assault and there

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Dhanaha P. S. Case No. 121 of 2023.
