In the present writ application, the following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioners : (i) For issuance of direction/directions or
4/5 order/orders or writ/writs to the respondents authorities for commanding and directing to treat the petitioner as trained teachers and to make payment of pay scale of trained teachers from their date of initial appointment in lieu of breach of their own duty of non providing six month special training (i.e. Six Month Bridge Course) after their initial appointment on the post of Elementary Teacher in different Primary Schools in the State of Bihar.
(ii) Also for issuance of direction upon the respondents particularly Principal Secretary, Education Department to consider the representation dated 02.05.2018 filed by the petitioners for providing trained scale in view of the direction as given by this Hon'ble Court in a similar situated case bearing CWJC No.5122/2018 dated 27.03.2018.
It has been submitted that the petitioners had filed a representation vide Annexure 5 to the present writ application before the Respondents No.2 for redressal of their grievances, but the same is pending till date.
It has further been submitted that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the order dated 27.03.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.5122 of 2018.
The Respondent No.2, i.e. The Principal Secretary, Department of Human Resource Development, Bihar, Patna is directed to examine the case of the petitioners in the light of the
5/5 case as referred above and dispose of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
