2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 21.02.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 949 of 2022, whereby the writ petition was disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a representation to the respondent authorities competent to redress the grievances of the petitioner and thereafter the concerned authority was directed to examine the matter on its own merit and dispose of the representation that may be filed by the petitioner by passing

Patna High Court MJC No.4186 of 2024(5) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

Opposite Party Nos. 3 and 4 have filed the show cause, wherein, in paragraph No. 6 it has been stated that the representation filed by the petitioner has been disposed of by passing a reasoned and speaking order dated 15.10.2025 vide Memo No. 762 dated 17.10.2025 under the signature of Manager (P & A) of the Corporation. The aforesaid order dated 15.10.2025 has also been annexed as Annexure-R/A to the show cause filed by the Opposite Party Nos. 3 and 4.

4. In view of the above, I find that the order dated 21.02.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 949 of 2022 has been complied with by the Opposite Party Nos. 3 and 4.

5. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed of.
