2. This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to opposite party No. 2 by order dated 02-02-2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54591 of 2022.

3. Allegation against the opposite party No. 2 was that he produced forged certificates for getting the licence of Fair Price Shops.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the main allegation against the O.P. No. 2 itself was that it was he, on whose instance, forged certificate was filed.

5. It might be defence of the opposite party No. 2 which shall be taken note of in course of the trial. It is not a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2256 of 2024(2) dt.19-01-2024 2/2 matter of cancellation of bail.
