Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that petitioner would be satisfied in the event if the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Vaishali to dispose of Jamabandi Appeal No. 33 of 2021-22 filed against the order dated 31.07.2019 passed by the Additional Collector, Vaishali in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 59 of 2017-18.

3. Learned State Counsel does not have any objection with regard to the said submission made by the learned counsel

Patna High Court CWJC No.197 of 2024(2) dt.16-01-2025 2/2 appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Vaishali to dispose of Jamabandi Appeal No. 33 of 2021-22 within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order after giving proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
