Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No.764 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 34 of the IPC. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case. Petitioner has not named in the FIR but during course of investigation on the statement of independent witness this petitioner has implicated in this case merely on suspicision.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74987 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 Case No.764 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
