2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing the letter/order dated 03.08.2017 and 06.04.2018 (Annexure-4/4A) issued by the Competent Authority (Bihar) by which the petitioner has been informed that his land situated at Khata No. 112, Kheshra No. 371, total area 0.4319 hectare has been acquired by the respondent under section 6(1) of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12007 of 2018(5) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 Petroleum Mineral Pipeline (Acquisition of right of user in land) Act, 1962.

(ii) for direction to the respondent to maintain status quo during pendency of this writ application before this Hon'ble Court.

(iii) for direction to the respondent authority to dispose of the objection letter dated 28.10.2016 after giving opportunity to the petitioner of being heard and if necessary to make enquiry in the matter.

(iv) for any other relief or reliefs be granted to the petitioner to which he is found legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will submit its representation before an appropriate authority.
