1. It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in pursuance to the order of this Court dated 18.04.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.7753 of 2019, the District Education Officer, Buxar has already passed a reasoned order dated 23.11.2024, rejecting the claim of the petitioner.
