JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State as well as leanred counsel for the B.P.S.C.

2. With consent of the parties, the present writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief claimed in the present writ application, the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.18781 of 2025(2) dt.20-11-2025 2/3 is prepared to file a detail representation before the Addl. Chief Secretary, Department of Education, Govt. of Bihar, (respondent No.2) and prays that appropriate direction be issued to respondent No.2 to decide the representation on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a time frame.

4. To the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for respondent-State does not have any objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detail representation before the Addl. Chief Secretary, Department of Education, Govt. of Bihar, (respondent No.2) within one month from today and if such a representation is filed, the respondent No.2, i.e., Addl. Chief Secretary, Department of Education, Govt. of Bihar, shall decide the said representation on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

6. The entire exercise must be completed by respondent No.2, Addl. Chief Secretary, Department of Education, Govt. of Bihar within a period of six months from

7. It is also made clear that if the petitioner is found entitled to the relief then the relief should be granted within a further period of three months from the date of passing of the final order.

8. With the aforesaid observation/direction and liberty granted, the present writ application stands disposed of.

9. All pending I.A.s, if any, is deemed to have been disposed of.
