====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 185 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is of snatching the motorcycle and other articles of the Informant on the point of pistol by some unknown miscreants.

It appears that the petitioner was arrested in another case and on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused he has been remanded in this case.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confession there is nothing against him. He has not been put up on Test Identification Parade. Further, the petitioner has been in judicial custody since 08.04.2019 and charge-sheet has been submitted, therefore, there is no chance of tampering

Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the petitioner is accused in three other cases.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above submissions, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 185 of 2019.
