JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Excise Case No. 266 of 2018 arising out of Dagarua P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018 for the offence under Section 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly 2 1⁄2 months.

Considering the facts that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in jail for nearly two and a half months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand)
