The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bath P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018, registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that before 20 years, the marriage of Rinku Devi, daughter of informant Manju Devi was performed with Manoj Yadav and due to their wedlock her daughter was blessed with four daughter and one son, but before ten years, Manoj Yadav died due to his illness. Thereafter, whole family members decided to perform her remarriage with Mirtunjay Yadav, younger brother of deceased Manoj Yadav. Thereafter, she again blessed with one female child due to wedlock of Mirtunjay Yadav, but

No.75069 of 2019(3) dt.19-03-2020 2/2 Mirtunjay Yadav had illicit relation with his Bhabhi Meena Devi (petitioner) due to which they used to torture her, while her daughter and her husband Mirtunjay Yadav moved from house, but her daughter did not return, later on, dead boy of her daughter was found in the Mango orchard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the sister in law of the husband of deceased and she has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2019 and on investigation, the Police has submitted Chargesheet. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-V, Bhagalpur in connection with Bath P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018.
