After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file execution case under Section 15 of the BLDR Act to execute the order of the Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya, passed in Land Dispute Resolution Appeal No.194 of 2015. Prayer is allowed.
The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
