The petitioner seeks for bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.46 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 386, 387 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have abused and assaulted the workers/engineers of the informant and also threatened to kill them and demanded Rangdari.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. e submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of vedio clip. He submits that the charge has been framed against the petitioner. He further

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2021, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and if he fails to appear on two consecutive dates his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
