2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 272 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the motorcycle, mobile phone and a bag containing Rs. 5,000/-, ATM card were looted by unknown criminals.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that the looted mobile was recovered from the petitioner and other looted items were

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the involvement of the petitioner in the crime, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
