This application has been filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents particularly respondent no. 4 to register a First Information Report on the basis of written application dated 20.05.2023 at 23.12 hrs given by the petitioner before the Officer-in-Charge of Phulwariya Police Station district Gopalganj.
