JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. In view of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent- Bihar School Examination Board ('the Board' for short) admitting 04 additional marks to the petitioner and improvement in the position of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Board to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of Laptop and other admissible benefits which is admitted by the respondents as

Patna High Court CWJC No.10700 of 2018(4) dt.16-08-2019 2/2 admissible for extra-ordinary achievement in the examination conducted by the Board.

The Court hope and trust that the Board will take corrective measures and grant the benefit of Lap-top and other admissible benefits which is admitted by the respondents as a matter of policy to be awarded to the extra-ordinary students on account of academic achievement in the examination. The Board shall take appropriate decision for grant of Lap-top and other admissible benefits to the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
