1. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 26.04.2019, passed in CWJC No.6087 of 2019, the District Programme Officer, Kaimur (Bhabhua) has passed an order dated 31.12.2019, rejecting the case of the petitioners, hence it is submitted that the order of this Court has already stood complied with.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid order dated 31.12.2019. Liberty so sought is granted.
