The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.85 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 110, 329(3) and 191 of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioners are said to have assaulted the victim.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81527 of 2025(4) dt.13-03-2026 2/2 that the injury sustained by the victim is simple in nature. 5.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the injury sustained by the victim is simple in nature, this application is allowed.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Benipur at Darbhanga / concerned Court below, in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.85 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS / 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
