JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. By way of the present application, the petitioner has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.209 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that it is a case of dishonour of cheque for which an FIR under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered and the defence taken by the petitioner that a blank cheque was fraudulently obtained by the informant, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case
