2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 3 . It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation vide mediation report dated 19.03.2025 kept at flag 'M',.

4. Learned counsel for the Opposite party No. 2 and learned A.P.P for the State does not dispute the contention made on behalf of the petitioner.

5 . Considering the aforesaid fact that dispute between the parties has already been resolved, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - I Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul (Kathara OP) Case No. 544 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that petitioner shall abide by the terms & conditions of the agreement, arrived at between both parties before the Mediator.
