2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 147 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 308(2), 308(4) of the BNS, 2023 and later on Sections 308(2), 308(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have threatened the informant that if he will not pay them cash then he will be killed.

4. The petitioners are in custody since 12.09.2025 and they claims to have clean antecedent.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and this false case has been registered against the petitioners because of money dispute.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 147 of 2025.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioners, after being released on bail, are directed to mark their attendance at Barauni Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.

9. As the petitioners claim to have clean antecedent, the Court below, before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioners, is directed to verify the antecedent of the petitioners. If the petitioners are found to be involved in any other case then the bail bonds of the petitioners shall not be accepted.
