The petitioner has filed the instant application praying for direction to the respondents to dispose of Miscellaneous Case no. 3 of 2016 (wrongly typed as Miscellaneous Case no. 4 of 2016) pending in the court of Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Sasaram as also for other reliefs.

Counter affidavit is filed by learned counsel on behalf of the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 in Court today and the same is taken on record. As per Annexure-A to the said counter

Patna High Court CWJC No.12619 of 2018(2) dt.13-02-2023 2/2 affidavit, it would transpire that the Miscellaneous Case no. 3 of 2016 has been disposed of by order dated 12.10.2018. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to take steps and/or challenge the aforesaid order in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.

The appeal stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
