Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an owner of a piece of land described in paragraph no. 1 of the writ application. But some anti-social elements including the defendant of Tile Suit No. 99 of 2010 and his heirs are disturbing the petitioner from putting a boundary-wall upon his land.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the dispute regarding boundary and demarcation can be raised by the petitioner before the concerned Circle Officer as per Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14440 of 2018(3) dt.10-02-2023 2/2 In view of the nature of dispute, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Circle Officer within a period of four weeks. If such a petition is filed, the Circle Officer is directed to dispose the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
