The case has been placed in view of the motion made by the petitioners'

counsel regarding some clerical/typographical errors of inadvertence in the order dated 02.12.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has rightly pointed out that in the second line of second paragraph, Section 302 has wrongly been typed as Section 3023. Further, it is pointed out from the prayer portion of the application filed on behalf of the petitioners that the sureties are to be filed to the satisfaction of the Court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri (Rohtas)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76032 of 2019(3) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 whereas the same has wrongly been mentioned as 08th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram. This Court would, therefore, direct that Section 3023 in second line of second paragraph of order dated 02.12.2019 be read as Section 302 and in the 05th line of the last paragraph of the said order, instead of 08th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram, the same shall be read as Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri (Rohtas).

Order dated 02.12.2019 is modified to the aforesaid extent.

In view of the time consumed in this process, this Court would grant four weeks more time from today to surrender in compliance of the order dated 02.12.2019. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) M.E.H./- U T
