JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 09-01-2020 The issue involves in the present writ petition is for declaration and nomination of the petitioner as Life Donor Member of Senate of Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has donated Rs.1,01,000/- and in terms of the University statute, the petitioner is entitled to be nominated as Life Donor Member of Senate of Lalit Narayan Mithila University. The University has also recommended the matter for nomination of the petitioner as Life Donor Member of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.24798 of 2019(2) dt.09-01-2020 2/2 Senate to the Hon'ble Chancellor and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Chancellor.

Having considered the facts, I dispose of this writ petition with a request to the Hon'ble Chancellor to expedite the matter and take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner for nominating/declaring her as Life Donor Member at the earliest preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
